Amazing service! We had hail damage from the January storms and put in a claim in July, the whole service was turned around within a week, they were kind enough to provide a free loan car (I didn't have hire car on my insurance), and picked up + dropped off my car from my place in Bayside! On top of everything, they were compassionate enough to our circumstances (during COVID) to even pay our excess. The car came back in perfect condition, fully cleaned and sanitised. Thanks so much guys! I cannot recommend this company enough!

Best service ever!Jason and his team were unbelievable. Made the whole process so smooth and easy. Never had service like these guys. Had a few issues with my insurance company coming to the party and SMPB were extremely patient and helped me through the entire process. They made sure I was looked after right throughout! I work close by and the boys would even wash my car free of charge. I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. I used Rosh at Sth Melbourne Panel Beaters to view a car I was considering buying as I am interstate. I had been stung before with car sales people promising on incorrect information so needed to deal with someone who is both ethical and honest as well as having an excellent understanding on mechanical and paint , automotive. Rosh was a terrific help and i could not recommend his services more highly. Thank you Rosh, nothing was too much trouble and so much appreciated.

Extremely helpful service making processing the insurance claim easy for me and A+ panel repair job on my 4WD. It's pristine! The service by Rosh was exceptional - hemade everything easy including popping me straight into a loan car and then hand delivered by car back home. Highly recommend these guys for panel repairs. My partner had her Volvo XC40 repaired here after someone rear-ended her. She was devastated as she had only had the car for 1 week.These guys were fantastic, the car was back and looking brand new within a very short period of time. Very impressed.

My drivers side door was hit by a small kangaroo, the kangaroo is fine, but the dent left behind caused the door panels to overlap each other slightly and make a horrible noise whenever I opened the drivers side door. After seeing great reviews for SMPB I decided to call in for a quote to repair. They inspected the panels and then with a handy tool and some elbow grease they were able to shift the panel enough to stop the squeak. They gave me professional advice about repairing the panels later but they didn't charge me anything for their time and effort to stop the squeaking (which was my primary concern). I happily leave this 5 star review to repay their kindness with my gratitude and to let others know where they can find some great customer service and advice. #bekind

This is another visit to Jason and his partner Rosh as they have carried excellent repair work in the past for me and I am more than happy to provide return business as they are true gentlemen and go the extra mile to look after their customers. Their loyalty and care in my repair work was evident yet again and although I do not heap praise lightly, they deserve praise for their professionalism and loyalty to their customers like myself. I read these reviews sometimes and think ‘are people related to the businesses concerned just providing spin’ but rest assured, I am an independent past customer who is happy to broadcast genuinely good service which is at a premium these days and have no hesitation in recommending Jason and Rosh to the community for their fine work.

From the first moment i walked into the factory i couldn't have asked for better service. Jason and the team were very friendly and answered any questions i had. They took the stress out of what can be a stressful experience. The quality of work was exceptional. If i am ever after any repairs i will be coming back!! Highly recommend!!

Could not recommend these guys more highly! Not only did they do an amazing job on our van (she looks basically brand new now) they also dealt with the insurance company on our behalf, making the whole transaction a breeze. Jason and his team did a fantastic job at taking over and repairing my car after another repairer delivered repairs in a less than quality standard. Jason was helpful from day one, kept me up to date with progress along the way, helped me out with a loan car from the moment I showed up and completed the repairs to the highest standard, in such a timely manner too. I completely have nothing to worry about when I leave my crashed car to Jason and his team. They are a group of experts dealing with different problems, they are just like doctors who perfectly cure my car. They are outstanding because they are also experts with performance. Really enjoyable. Also it is convenient to be provided with a loan car, which is cute. Thanks again for all efforts and passions that Jason and his team had devoted to my car. I believe they do so on every car they have. Just like Jason told me when I was tangled about the decision, he loves this job and he has his passion and faith with cars.

Highly recommend Jason and the team at South Melbourne Panel Beaters. Excellent customer service, quality of work and trustworthy. Other panel beaters in the area were estimating 3 days and $700-$800 more while Jason repaired within the morning and turned out to be the most economical in time, convenience and price. The finished work is impressive. Its great having my car back so quickly as good as new. Very grateful.

Initial dealings with South Melbourne Panel Beaters was great. I had a car accident that affected my drivers door and rear vision mirror. My insurance allows me to choose my own repairer and I went to them on a friend's recommendation and outstanding Google reviews. I was provided with a hire car, which was great as a I need a car for work. The repairs took a little longer than anticipated, which was fine, but when I got my car back, the rear vision mirror was still broken. Jason has since not only repaired the rear vision mirror, but also detailed my car and topped up my petrol tank as a make-good, which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend - great customer service.

Jason and his team at South Melbourne Panel Beaters made my car repairs just so easy. From easy parking on City Road to walking into reception within minutes I was given a loan car, with quick and simple paperwork and I was back on my way with my busy family routine. I was promised to have the car three days later and right on time the car was ready, cleaned on the inside and out and the job was perfectly done and hassle free. My job was only minor but Jason and his office manager provided me with the same level of customer service as if it was a major job. Anyone looking for panel beating repairs that is five star this is the place to go. Thanks Jason.

Highly recommend Jason and the team at South Melbourne Panel Beaters. Not only was their service to a very high standard and quick, it was also by far the most cost effective in the area. I needed a whole door and bumper replaced and they were cheaper by nearly 40% when compared with other quotes, had it finished within 3 days and even drove me to and from work on the days my car was dropped off and due for collection. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to others.

I would just LOVE to express how wonderful Jason and the Team are at South Melbourne Panels. They have exceptional professionalism, and the most friendliest team. I was more than happy keeping my car in their care whilst they repaired the damage on the back of my car where I was hit. They then returned this back to me in such amazing condition. It was like I just picked my car up from the dealership again, a year later! The amount of effort that was put into both fixing the damage, but also detailing my car to the absolute MAX after the service was complete, was incredible and haven't received any service like this before. I recommend South Melbourne Panels to anyone who needs someone to take amazing care of your car!This was also handled through insurance, and the fact that I didn't need to stress myself out by chasing this up was also such an amazing and easy, stress free service.Thank you Jason & the South Melbourne Panel Team :D
